Bella and Edward = Favorite Doomed Movie Couple :)

EW.com has listed their favorite “doomed” movie and TV couples and of course Bella and Edward make the list.

Though Edward is a professed ”vegetarian” (he doesn’t kill humans, only animals), it is still a risky gamble for his true love Bella. Physical love is taboo, as Edward’s super vampire strength would cause much harm — perhaps even death — to the frail human Bella. Even if he were able to exercise enough self-control not to kill her in a moment of passion, Bella would ultimately die of old age, leaving the immortal Edward behind. Either way, as vampire and human, an eternal happily-ever-after is just not in the cards.—Jinhi Baron
