Jackson Rathbone Raising Money for Adrenal Cancer
Jackson Rathbone is helping to raise the awareness of Adrenal Cancer and keeping the memory alive of his late friend — Spencer Bell. His band, 100 Monkeys are hosting a tribute concert this coming April in Dallas, Texas.
The Stevedores, Drew and the Medicinal Pen, and Tin Tin Can are just three of the bands that will join 100 Monkeys to raise awareness for adrenal cancer and celebrate the life and music of Spencer Bell including playing songs from Spencer’s albums.
In addition to hearing great music, fans will also be able enter special contests with prizes that include meeting the band and showing off their artistic abilities at the concert itself. Contests include a music video contest, a t-shirt design contest (which will be sold and produced through the Spencer Bell Legacy Project), a raffle with celebrity donated items, and a special auction.
Check out all the details at Artists Supporting a Cure for Cancer.

Hey – have a question for 100 Monkeys and their upcoming performance at the Spencer Bell Legacy Concert —
check out Portrait Magazine
http://www.portraitmagazine.net/
They will be running a feature article on the Legacy Concert and 100 Monkeys involvement in an upcoming issue – and they’re asking for questions from the readers.
So have a question? Now’s your time to ask!
Just to note, those who purchase their tickets by January 31, 2010 will be entered in a drawing for balcony seats. Those unable to attend can still participate in contests and raffles.
We have added a very creative contest, one might think it was formed due to one of the band members proclivity to wear a hat. Maybe it was subconsciously on this person’s mind, maybe not. The contest is titled Mad Hatter and details have been posted. See the information at the contest page http://www.asccnow.com/contests.html
You might want to know that Kelly Garrett Rathbone will be at the Deep Ellum Arts Festival on April 2-4, 2010 in Dallas, TX. She is creating a collection specifically for this festival and has generously agreed to donate part of her profits to adrenal cancer research. http://www.asccnow.com/events.html
