The Lexicon has posted some awesome news that i’m sure some of you will be happy about!

“Just wanted to share some great news! For months I (and evidently many others) have been hounding Target to bring back the Bella purple comforter, and it’s finally back!! You can pre-order only at this time. When I put my order in, it said the estimated ship date was May 14-16. And while they aren’t advertising the fact that it’s there, I have no doubt it will sell out quick! If I try to copy and paste the link, it’s really long. So if you go to the Target website and type in “home purple flocked comforter” it’ll come right up. Just wanted to share with you if you wanted to pass it along. ”

We tracked down the link and it’s right here.

Have you been trying to get your hands on the purple comforter that Bella has in the Twilight and New Moon movies? Well, Lexiconer Gina wrote in with some news:

One of the best lists out there was put together by Amanda Bell, the Twilight Examiner.

“It’s officially 2010, and you know what that means . . . another year of Twilight!

2009 was a great year for Twilight fans, and we’ve already discussed this fact thoroughly. Well, 2010 seems to be shaping up – already – to be a great one as well.

Of course, the year will hold ups, downs, and in-betweens . . . and there’ll be a few surprises to be sure, but right now there are several coming events of the year that’ll make 2010 another year for Twilight fans!”

The Daily Telegraph Interviews Robert Pattinson

Here is a new interview with Rob Pattinson from The Daily Telegraph.

SINCE being bitten by the acting bug, Twilight hunk Robert Pattinson has been cutting his teeth on a role that melts millions of teenage hearts.

A betting man or woman probably wouldn’t have put money on Robert Pattinson being the next big thing. This is a guy who was expelled from school, only joined a drama club because “there were pretty girls there” and, well, isn’t exactly the most classically good-looking bloke around.

Granted, he did score a small role as prefect Cedric Diggory in two of the Harry Potter films, but after he was sacked from the 2005 play The Woman Before at London’s Royal Court Theatre, the odds of him toppling Daniel Radcliffe from his lofty place as hottest young Brit on the block looked slim.

But that was before a certain film called Twilight came along, which (for the benefit of non-tweens and uninitiated Twi-hards – as ardent fans are known) is based on author Stephenie Meyer’s phenomenally successful book of the same name.

The Mormon mother-of-three famously knocked out the tale of a tortured ‘vegetarian vampire’ and his mortal squeeze after tucking her sons up in bed, and became the biggest publishing phenomenon since Harry Potter’s J.K. Rowling. (Meyer has since published three further books in the saga – New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn – which have sold an astonishing 70 million copies worldwide, 2.8 million of them in Australia.)

Teenagers the world over fell in love with Edward Cullen (the vampire) and Bella Swan (the squeeze) and it was only a matter of time before a film was announced. Web chat rooms buzzed as fans waited breathlessly to hear who’d play the hauntingly handsome hero and were monumentally disappointed when the relatively unknown Pattinson landed the role.

Justin Chon Talks With Hollywood Crush About Writing a Screenplay

Justin Chon talked with Hollywood Crush about looking for a really good role to play and he decided to write it himself. Check it out -

“It’s up to us to make something; we’ve decided that we want a movie that doesn’t [focus on our race]…that being Asian-American is just circumstantial and it doesn’t have to be the main focus point of the movie,” explained Justin, who along with another Asian-American actor is currently writing a script that they hope will explode in a similar fashion. “[Things we get offered] are like, ‘Oh, I’m Asian, how do I deal with that?’ Like “My mother, she’s like a nagging Chinese woman!’ That’s not interesting anymore, you know?”

Instead, Justin and “Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants” actor Leonardo Nam are hard at work on a film that won’t go down those same tired paths. “I’m actually writing something with my friend, Leo Nam…he was in the third ‘Fast and Furious,’” Justin revealed. “He’s a great actor; we’re writing a script right now.”

“What we’re writing is about a road trip down to Argentina, with three kids that grew up in Huntington; it’s a really cool story,” he explained, saying it’s part comedy, part drama. “There’s a little bit of everything. It’s like ‘The Motorcycle Diaries’ meets ‘Lords of Dogtown.’”

“It’s a working title, but I think it’s called ‘The Glass-Off Memoirs’,” revealed the actor, whose short-film “Turbo” hit the web recently, and will return in both “Twilight” sequels as fan fave Eric Yorkie. “It’s called a ‘Glass-Off’ when you surf, towards the end [of the day], when the wind dies down and the sun goes down, and everything starts to calm down and the water becomes real glassy. That’s what you call a ‘Glass-Off.’ And then, this is kind of like a memoir.”

Kristen Stewart in Interview Magazine

October 1, 2009 by Sara

Kristen Stewart is on the October cover of Interview Magazine. Inside there is a cool interview that Dennis Hopper does with her. Check out a bit of it:

At 19, Stewart has already earned a place in the annals of pop-culture history. This is due to her starring role in Twilight, which—in case you’ve somehow managed to elude word of its all-encompassing death grip on young America—is a film based on the first in a series of very popular books about vampires, werewolves, and teenage life in the town of Forks, Washington. Stewart’s character, Bella Swan, is a newcomer to Forks who is forced to cope with the dueling pressures of starting life at a new school and the fact that her prospective boyfriend, the rakish Edward Cullen (played by the rakish Robert Pattinson), is a 104-year-old undead bloodsucker.

HOPPER: [both laugh] You know, you’re giving really wonderful performances. Since you didn’t know you’d be making sequels when you were making the first Twilight, has it been difficult for you to get back into character for these new ones?

STEWART: I’ve actually always been interested in following a character more long term, but the only place to really do that as an actor is on a TV series. But the Twilight series is cool because you know what’s ahead of you—all of the books have been written. And I get breaks in between. It’s sort of a depressing thing to lose a character just when you’ve been able to get to know her. Usually, at the end of a film it’s like I’ve finally gotten to know this person completely, and then we’re done. That actually happened on the set of Twilight, and then it happened again on New Moon. Each time my character Bella became a different person, and I got to know that person and take her to the next level.

HOPPER: Have you been able to enjoy it? Or do you feel more pressure doing these sequels?

STEWART: I do feel more of a pressurized strain than what is typical for me. Usually, what drives you is your own personal responsibility to the script and the character and the people you are working with. But in this case, I have a responsibility not only to that but to everyone who has personal involvement in the books—and now that spans the world. It’s an insane concept. There are certain things in Twilight . . . As much as I’m proud of that movie and I do like it, I feel like maybe I brought too much of myself to the character. I feel like I really know Bella now. But most readers feel like they know Bella because it’s a first-person narrative. She’s like a little vessel and everyone experiences the story through her. All of these girls who are fans personally feel like they encapsulate that character. So it’s like, “How the hell am I going to do that for all of them? It’s impossible!” But I’ve decided, if you’re just unabashedly honest all of the time, you have nothing to be ashamed of.
