People.com has a new interview with Nicole Peltz, who plays Jackson Rathbone’s sister in The Last Airbender.
In the interview Nicole talks about how easy it was to play Jackson’s younger sister and that she’ll be staring in a new movie with Robert Pattinson.
She’s down with the guys from Twilight.
Peltz and Jackson Rathbone (who plays Jasper in the Twilight movies) star in The Last Airbender as brother and sister, a relationship that came easily to them. “The funny thing was, at the audition, he completely acted like my older brother,” says the actress. Plus, a source tells PEOPLE that Peltz has been cast in the next Robert Pattinson film (Unbound Captives). But don’t expect her to start dating Taylor Lautner tomorrow. This young actress comes with built-in security – six brothers!

Rachel Weitz Talks to MTV About ‘Unbound Captives’
Rachel Weisz talked to MTV about the film Unbound Captives to which she is attached. The film will also star Hugh Jackman and our very own Rob Pattinson.
“Meeting him was vampiric. He sucked my blood,” laughed Weisz, remembering their introduction. “Wait, is he the vampire? He is the vampire, right?”
Yes he is, Rachel. And in “Unbound Captives,” Pattinson is eager to portray a teen living in the Western frontier who was kidnapped by Comanche warriors at a young age; Weisz is slated to play the mother on a mission to get her son back. Co-starring alongside Hugh Jackman, Pattinson told us recently that “Captives” offers him a character who “can’t really be more different from Edward,” the leading man of “Twilight.”
“It’s an independent movie, and they are raising the money, so hopefully it’ll happen,” Weisz said of the flick, which will mark the writing and directing debut of veteran actress Madeline Stowe. “I don’t know if it will [be made], but yeah, I’m very excited.
“It’s a great screenplay, and [Pattinson and Jackman] are both great actors,” Weisz added of why she is attached to the film. “I like to work with all kinds of talented people, whatever the age.”
“He wasn’t star-struck. He’s got a whole rebel vibe, right? Yeah, that was his vibe,” she said of their meeting. “He’s kind of iconoclastic. He’s flaunting authority. Yeah, pretty cool.”

Robert Pattinson Talks Upcoming ‘Non-Twilight’ Roles

MTV recently spoke to Robert Pattinson about his upcoming “Non-Twilight” movies. Check out what he had to say:
“I’ve only done one movie outside of the ‘Twilight’ series, ‘Remember Me,’ ” Rob said of his first true post-fame project, a March 12 romantic drama opposite Emilie de Ravin whose shoot was most notable for its security issues. “But even that I did with the same studio, so I guess I’m still a little bit blind as to what my actual economic viability will be outside of the series.”
Undoubtedly, all eyes will be on “Remember Me” when it tests RPattz’s box-office clout in a few months. Following that and June’s “Eclipse,” his fans will have some other high-profile flicks to look out for.
“I think the tentative time for ‘Breaking Dawn’ is fall next year,” Rob said of the fourth “Twilight” novel, which might be split into two films. “Depending on how things go, I’m doing a movie called ‘Bel Ami’ in February, an adaption to a Guy de Maupassantnovel. And I’m doing — I hope — a Western with Rachel Weisz and Hugh Jackman called ‘Unbound Captives’ sometime around there as well. They’ve got to try and juggle things around until everybody’s schedules work.”

Twilight” star Rob Pattinson, in Cannes to promote “Remember Me,” scheduled for a Feb. 12 domestic release, will star in an adaptation of Guy de Maupassant’s short story “Bel Ami.”
The young actor has a busy schedule: “Remember Me,” which Summit Intl. is selling at Cannes, is set to begin shooting in four or five weeks, although the female lead is yet to be cast.
“The girl needs to be literally inspirational,” said Pattinson of a catalytical element of the film. To be directed by Allen Coulter, film was scripted by Jenny Lumet. “I have no qualms saying that she’s a genius,” Pattinson laughed, adding that the script really connected with him when he first read it — even some of the dialogue sounded “the way I speak.”
